I’ve been hit with insomnia again. I was doing fine but out of nowhere…well…here I am watching some quality TV. Infomercials. I don’t know why I love them so but there’s something eerily soothing about them. Comparable to a cup of warm milk.

But wait, I should probably start my first blog post with a little introduction so you know what you’re getting yourself into:

Photography came soon after, and at one point my parents had to take away the camera from me because they were tired of developing rolls and rolls of film..photos of my toys and pets and such. I just thought they were so pretty and wanted to frame them.

Living in NY, I’ve been lucky enough to have avoided shitty part-time jobs, except for one: Urban Outfitters. Afterwards, I vowed to work my ass off for people I really wanted to work for as to never end up in such a horrible place again. So I found myself in the editorial world of fashion magazines for 8 years. I recently left my job at Vogue to focus on my photography full-time…away from fashion and into music and art. So I’m starting this blog because I’m always seeking another creative outlet, and a way to share the odd/humorous/extraordinary experiences I’ve had and hopefully will have, in this lucky life I live…even if I don’t own the wonderful and magical ShamWow at 4:45am.
